Aiming for Excellence

The school has a very committed staff with strong parental and community links and support. A high priority is placed on developing these links and communicating effectively with parents about all aspects of the school’s work.

Education is seen as a shared partnership between parents and school staff for the benefit of the child. The importance of this partnership is encapsulated within the Home-School agreement.

The Headteacher, staff and Governors have high expectations of children, both in terms of academic work and behaviour. All are constantly working to raise the standard of achievement and provide children with the best possible primary education, hence our motto ‘Aiming for Excellence’.
